ISO Accreditation
Gleneagle has received ISO standards across four areas of operation - ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety, ISO 20121 sustainable events.
In fact, Gleneagle Arena was the first event venue in Ireland to be certified to ISO 20121 sustainable events standards. Starting with the organic quality in our kitchens to the natural cosmetics in our spa areas, we know every step counts. As hosts, inspired by our stunning views of Killarney National Park, we also know that our nature must be preserved. To achieve this we pull together and, by working with our clients, suppliers and guests, we are committed to collectively reducing our impact on the planet.
We retained our ISO Standards in 2022, 2023 & 2024.
ENAT CERTIFICATE FOR ACCESSIBLE TOURISM
ENAT Certificate for Accessible Tourism – we made history in the hospitality industry by being the first business in the world to be accredited by the European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT).
IRISH RESPONSIBLE TOURISM AWARD
Irish Responsible Tourism Award – we were awarded gold in the Best Accessible and Inclusive Tourism Award in 2017.
